Q> I have forgotten my login details, what do I do?

A> Go to my account or sign in, and you will be directed to a page where you can re-set your password.

Q>I have added product to my cart why is it not there at checkout?

A>You should see in the basket on the left hand side when you add a product to your cart that it may be out of stock, so it will not show in your basket, please contact us as we have stocks coming in all the time.

Q>If an item is out of stock can I still place an order for it?

A>Give us a call and we will advise you the lead time, and can order this for you.
